A breathtaking Art Deco platinum and diamond brooch by Cartier, Paris, circa 1928. The geometric openwork design features calibré-cut onyx accents framing a central old European cut diamond of approximately 0.75 carats, surrounded by a pavé of single-cut diamonds totalling an estimated 3.5 carats. The brooch exemplifies the bold geometry and impeccable craftsmanship of Cartier’s Art Deco period. Signed ‘Cartier Paris’ and numbered on the reverse. Accompanied by a Cartier archive extract confirming production date. Length: 6.5cm.
