A superb Regency period rosewood card table dating to circa 1820. The D-shaped fold-over top reveals an original green baize playing surface in remarkably good condition. The frieze is decorated with fine brass line inlay and the table rests on an elegant turned pedestal column with four sweeping sabre legs terminating in brass paw feet with original castors. When closed, it serves perfectly as an elegant hall or side table. Dimensions open: 92cm x 92cm x 74cm.
